Service
Mijozly CRM is a business software platform for customer operations, sales workflows, omnichannel communication, integrations, analytics, and operational governance.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users are authorized to access connected CRM, telephony, messaging, email, Meta, and other third party business accounts. Customers must use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with third party platform rules.
Meta integrations
When customers connect Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, lead forms, Messenger, or Instagram Direct, they authorize Mijozly CRM to receive, store, process, and display related events for CRM workflows such as lead creation, conversation routing, diagnostics, and audit logging.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated to improve security, reliability, integrations, user experience, and compliance. Integration features may depend on third party API availability, app review, permissions, business verification, and customer account configuration.
Restrictions
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, extract data without authorization, disrupt the service, transmit malicious content, or use connected integrations in a way that violates applicable laws or third party platform terms.
