Overview
Mijozly CRM provides customer relationship management tools for sales, communication, analytics, telephony, and integrations. This policy explains how we process information when businesses use Mijozly CRM to connect their own customer channels, including Meta business assets.
Information we process
We process account, workspace, lead, contact, company, deal, task, message, call, integration, audit, and diagnostic data that a customer or its authorized users provide to the service.
When a customer connects Meta assets, Mijozly CRM may receive Facebook Page, Instagram Business, lead form, webhook event, Messenger, and Instagram Direct data that the customer is authorized to access.
How information is used
We use information to operate CRM workflows, create and update leads, route conversations, store customer history, deliver notifications, provide diagnostics, detect duplicates, enforce access controls, and maintain audit trails.
Sharing and access
Mijozly CRM does not sell customer data. Data is available to the customer workspace users according to their roles and permissions. We may use infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, and communication service providers only as needed to run the service.
Retention and deletion
Customers can request export, correction, anonymization, or deletion of data according to their workspace contract and applicable law. Meta related data deletion requests are handled through the Data Deletion page linked from this website.
Security
Mijozly CRM uses role based access, license gates, audit logs, signature checks, idempotency, and integration diagnostics to protect connected business data and detect integration failures.
