Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion
Mijozly CRM customers and authorized users can request deletion or anonymization of personal data by contacting their workspace administrator or emailing support@mijozly.uz.
Meta data deletion
If your Facebook or Instagram data was received through a customer workspace connected to Mijozly CRM, include the relevant Facebook Page, Instagram account, lead form, conversation, or contact details in your request so the workspace administrator can identify the record.
What happens next
After a verified request, Mijozly CRM or the responsible customer workspace administrator will delete, anonymize, or restrict the relevant records where required by law and the customer agreement. Operational audit logs may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable period and complete validated requests according to applicable legal and contractual requirements.
