Enterprise CRM Terms of Use

1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Enterprise CRM, website ecrm.uz, related web interfaces, APIs, and integration modules (the "Service").
By using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and have authority to act on behalf of your company where applicable.
2. Provider and contacts
Service provider: Enterprise CRM.

3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business users and teams. If you use the Service for an organization, you are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users follow these Terms.
4. Account and security
You must keep account credentials secure and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless proven otherwise.
5. Service delivery
Depending on plan and contract, the Service may include lead/deal management, omnichannel communication, analytics, automation, and API access. We may update the Service to improve security, compliance, and performance.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- violate laws or third-party rights;
- attempt to bypass security controls;
- distribute malware, spam, or fraudulent content;
- overload infrastructure with abusive automation;
- reverse engineer the Service beyond legal exceptions.
7. Customer data
Customers keep ownership of their data. Enterprise CRM processes customer data only to provide and support the Service and to comply with legal obligations.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related materials remain with Enterprise CRM or its licensors.
9. Fees and subscription
Commercial terms, licensing volume, payment terms, SLA, and support are defined in the applicable plan, order, offer, or contract.
10. Third-party services
If integrations with third-party services are enabled, those services remain subject to their own terms, availability, and policies.
11. Security and incidents
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. In case of a confirmed incident affecting customer data, we notify customer contacts within a reasonable time.
12. Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded. Aggregate liability is limited by the applicable contract.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks, legal requirements, or contract termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms and publish the new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated version.
